Crystal Venegas is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Her own healing & awakening journey has contributed to her passion for merging Western evidence-based approaches to Psychology with Eastern wellness practices, including breath work and energy work. She works with exhausted goal-chasers who want to create more harmony and alignment in their lives by recognizing that there is so much more to them than their achievements. Her mission is to educate & empower individuals, & she strives for authenticity & transparency in all that she does.
